    So it sounds like the nuke units are just physically larger than fossil steam units, so they would spin slower?

    You can use a program called GasEq. I got it off the web, and its a pretty good equilibrium program. I think a high performance code like ASPEN is ideal, if you have $10,000 to acquire a license.
