This is what works for me, (aka the SOCK SOLUTION): 1. chair with back support, that you can lay back at about 15%. Arms can be fixed or adjustable but, as many others have noted, elbows MUST be supported. Note: the old Steelcase secretary chair with sprung back is actually more comfortable...- alol
