Major differences between Amada and Trumpf lasers?
Hi. Can't talk of Trumpf as i only worked on the Amada. The new Amada laser has probably a new 3i controller which is more advanced than AMNC. Amada's CO2 oscillators are made by Fanuc while fibers are a collab between Amada and JDSU. Are your company's trumpf's all CO2 lasers? From the trumpf...- Laser Samurai

The oscillator internal mirror cleaning and alignment requires skills and it is not easy to do. Amada 2415 work chute stuck open
Hi. You can manually push the solenoid valve that actuates the work chute cylinders. There are 2 cylinders holding the chute. It is actually pneumatic, not hydraulic. You can remove the hoses going to the cylinder and see if air is coming out of it when you press the open/close buttons in manual...- Laser Samurai
