Supplier recommendation needed
Precision Directional is based in Canada but has several US locations. My company has used them in the Marcellus, the Eagle Ford and the Niobrara with overall good results.- CSmiff

Directional Drilling
A company called CDX Gas has a patented method for drilling CBM laterals using 9.5 - 10.0 ppg drilling mud. To the best of my knowledge they have successfully used the process in the Black Warrior and the Arkoma basins.- CSmiff

Contrary to the others, I would caution against working for a drilling contractor unless you could get with a contractor that routinely performs "turnkey" contracts, where the contractor designs the well and manages the drilling. Most drilling contractors hire engineers to design pump...- CSmiff
