    You also have too small of a groove for the o-ring. Once the o-ring is compressed and fills the groove to 100%, the rubber won't compress any more. The copper gasket is probably not being fully energized. Also, the o-ring will expand with temperature increases. Check out this website to help...

    When converting an NX6 inches part file to metric, the displayed dimensions in the sketch are metric. When you edit the sketch dimensions, the values are in inches. Is this a bug in NX6?
