replaceing rubber by polyuratin
We want to replace rubber lining of acid tank in our phosphoric acid plant and useing polyuritan coating . which group of polyuritan can we use ? The analysis of acid is : Cl = 4500 ppm F = 3500 ~ 4500 P2O5 = 30 ~54 % Thank you for your advice psamieyan- psamieyan

failure of pump in phosphoric acid plant
in our plants we have 10 centrifugal low pressure pumps, their impeller which is made by cast 20 alloy is corroded extremely, the plant is phosphoric acid and total analysed F is measured 14.5% and SiO2 15% and Cl 65 ppm, P2O5 is also 21.1%, now I want to know that with this kind of components...- psamieyan
