    hey tigrek, the site you have mentioned is good to download files. I have founf NeHe's tutorial on opengl. many examples for vb. this is at nehe.gamedev.net. very useful. i heard the word opengl 6 days ago and now i have a robot simulator of my own (well, no dynamics yet).
