    Step translation problem

    Try getting your 1st source (the one that uses SW) to export the files out parasolid format. Both UG and SW use the parasolid modeling kernel and the transalation is very good. It will be much easier to work with. PP

    Have you considered testing in a geriatric care facility (nursing home) environment? They lift and move patents frequently. Perhaps there is a privately held facility (or chain) that would be willing to allow some testing in the hopes of increasing productivity and safety of care givers...

    Cloning Assembly and all children

    Guy, Most of the assemblies I've cloned have been small enough where typing in the names is not a big deal. I assume your assembly has a large number of components and it would be too cumbersome to do so. One of the tabs in the clone box is called "naming rule". Perhaps there's some options...
