    Hi, Is it possible to variable offset a face or at least a curve using more than 2 or 4 points.     IvanNX, well you are missing the sheet metal part. It has to be sheet metal in order to pull a valid flat pattern out of it. When I tried converting the solid to sheet, I was told it is impossible because there are no linear edges to show.

    I haven't tried that, but my guess is it might not be possible since SW asks for a linear edge to keep stationary when flattening. But it easily flattens anything else that complies with this rule of thumb by meshing the surface and then rolling the mesh down.
