    Thanks for the ideas. I had considered measuring a tee out of our store room. If I can use a r/d of at least 0.02 for a 3"x1½" reducing tee instead of assuming a square edge, my RV inlet piping pressure drop calc will drop from 4.6% of set pressure to 2.7% (which satisfies the <3% guideline)...

    Does anybody have a cut sheet for stainless steel 304, butt welded reducing tees? I need the radius for the transition from the run to the branch in a 3" x 1½" SCH 10S tee (MSS SP-43). If I can show that there is actually a radius, then I can reduce the pipe entrance flow loss in my pressure...
