WHAT THESE IC ARE
HELLO ALL, I am working on a vacuum fluorescent display board. There are some ICs on it that i can't find their information on google. A three terminals surface mount type IC, one side has one pin, another side have two pins, the text on IC looks like "3As" following a rotated 90 degree number...- THREETOINFINITY
