Modifying Optical Burner
Hello, I would like to modify the optical driver burner. Where can I find schematics, circuit designs and such? I would like to modify the photolithography process to move freely rather than be fixed to a polar coordinate. I am fairly new to EE. Any help would be appreciated.- BeginnerEEundergrads
