    I also would think Sulphur is the culprit, as usual... But could sulphur less than 1.5phr also "helps" in case of blooming. Yes, as said... it blooms, and we washed with silicon and water and then when it reaches our oversea customer (after some time)...it blooms again..

    Thanks for the link provided. Yes, I've read a lot about post-curing and silicon rubber. But since we're using NBR and EPDM, that's why I'm asking if they still need the same requirement for post-curing. I cannot find much on post-curing with other type of rubber.
