Hi Thomas, We ran your model in NEiNastran and think we know what the problem is. Use the EQUIVALENT STRESS and not the VON MISES STRESS. The difference between the two is mainly with material nonlinear analysis. NEiNastran computes the equivalent stress at the integration points and report...- NoranTech007
