    I read it a couple of years ago (very good book). The details are a bit scattered everywhere in the document although. I was hoping for a more technical apparatus (with drawings?). Most info I have on the design comes from Huzel and Huang in Modern Engineering design for Liquid-propellant rockets.

    Hey Duwe6, thanks for your reply. I myself am an aerospace engineer but was hoping that that kind of design was sometime used in 'land applications' (and would have therefore some standards/design methodology). I'll continue my journey in aerospace forums then :-)

    Temperature would be a max of 1600K for 3sec. The thing can bleed and not be perfectly sealed, it's not a big deal. I just need to get a "best effort" in the first place (and by that I mean as soon as possible).

    Forgot to add: the PFA epoxy I had was not good at all, it was just some regular epoxy and they have put lots of materials they "suppose they can bond" in the description.
