A178 grade D finned tubes
Dear friends As attached you can see the photo which is extracted from our finning procedure. As you see in points 5 & 6 the Hardness difference between base and HAZ is more than 100 HV0.3. WP11 hardness
Dear weldstan I agree with you about the problems of portable hardness testers. But when you don't have MTR or when you don't receive MTR ontime, what do you recommend? In this case we couldn't do destructive tests. So if you just do PMI,how would you assure about the mechanical properties? Thanks- MFQC
