    Hello I've got a 12v 80w fan connected to a 2,000W 12v PWM that is connected to a 220vTo12v 300W adaptor. The fan starts as soon as I plug in the adaptor, it runs faster when I max out the PWM, but doesn't turn off when I slow PWM to 0. would Anyone explain this to me please?
