Thanks for your reply. I apologize, I wasn't very clear with my question. I know I can manually collapse the menus, but I want them to be collapsed when I open the note icon.

Is there any way to modify the drafting note menu in NX8.5? Specifically I would like the several of the tabs (origin, inherit, settings) to be collapsed.

Bummer about it being hard-coded. Expressions could work, but it is probably just easier to set the scale (by picking ratio and typing it in) than setting up expressions to use in the part.

In NX8.5 drafting, When adding a base view to a drawing, I would like to add different scale factors to the "scale" drop down menu. Does anyone know which file I need to edit to do this? Or do I need to add something to my ugii_env.dat?
