Bhavesh i would leave a metal thickness between each washer,you would have to specify what grade of aluminium you are using and what the clearance is on your die to work out how many you can do in one one hit

Hi can anyone send me cutting conditions and tips for cutting 10 mm and 12 mm mild steel as the lad that runs our laser has left at short notice and thrown me in at the deep end (i must keep that red light flashing)and am having a few problems (bad finishes) i am running a mazak 1500w x48...

I have used radan software for five years now i find it very good plus they have just migrated to a more windows friendly version
