Just developed a problem when starting up UG. The splash screen come up the I get this Runtime error This application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Tried the "preserve line width" box? (under scaling:)but no help. AS suggested I'll try calling GTAC (800-955-0000). And see if they can help. I appreciate everyones help but if anyone has knowledge of what might be causing this please post. I'll keep an eye on the thread. Thanks again, Bob
