    How to define temperatures on surface dependent on y-coordinate?

    Dear all, I have to define temperatures on one surface. I have 3 regions (250K , region where I have linear increase from 250K to 350K , 350K region). Temperature boarders are at y=0;0.2;0,5;1. How it is possible to do that? I am using Femap 10.2. Best wishes and thank You in advance, Rei7

    How to subdivide half-cylinder inside surface into three parts?

    Hi, I am new with Femap and I have to divide half-cylinder's inside surface into two parts to put loads on each surface part. Does anybody know how it should be done? Thank You in advance for help.
