Anybody having problems in the UK in calculating the capacity of blockwork walls under vertical load to BS EN 1996-1-1 (Eurocode 6)? It appears this gives much lower vertical load resistance values when compared to BS 5628-1 (now withdrawn).
Couldn't work without 2 in the office. In Excel, have main sheet on one and the VBA on another. Look at drawings in Sketch Up and CAD on one whilst designing on the other with structural software. Cost very small - Don't hesitate
