You did not state if you need stainless or alloy steel? The H97-4 which is the BACN10HR4C is A286 with silver plate. The reason this part is not offered as H97 is that the performance is per BPS-N-70.
If you wish to still have a 220KSI nut like this then I can recommend the H20-4...
What you have to remember on these types of fasteners is that the sleeve section will start to collapse before any ultimate load is seen on the threaded bolt. Also as mentioned earlier these are not designed as structural fasteners which is why no tensile data is given.
