i am using ACAD 05 when i insert a block there is a pull down menu to select the recently used blocks. i have since deleted and renamed some of the blocks. how do i clear this pull down menu?

try storing the memory in your PC not the printer. Print/Properties/Custom Properties/Advanced Tab Check the box Process Document ...In Computer. this is how i have to plot large plant layouts and large pdf files.

just to follow up i disabled the creation of plot logs, but ACAD seemed to forget what printer i printed to last. what i ended up doing was enabling plot logs again, but i made a path for them to be saved to. where as before there was no path set and the plot logs would be saved into the same...

TWLINCOLN, that seemed to do the trick, no plot logs yet this morning. i saw that box while i was searching around trying to turn them off but since i did not have a plot log active, the entire ADVANCED window was greyed-out, i assumed that it was not the cause of the plot logs. thanks again

its a file named PLOT and opens with WordPad. is my date callout that i am using in my RText making these? i typed LOGFILEOFF and i still get them.
