Please go through your lub oil circuit thoroughly. There may be some pressure build up and release suddenly. This feature may be causing disturbance in flow to the bearing.Check relief valves if any in the circuit.

I observed in one of the IP turbine efficiencies, coming 95% againist design of 90.27%. This turbine is of HP-IP in one cylinder of 200 MW capacity. Is such a high percentage deviation is possible? (If there is high HP-IP seal passing due to high First stage pressure)
