Modifying Sheet metal parts

How do I easily change the green to bending. Red to become one surface. Blue to change to welding in solid works.
It is sheet metal. I want to improve my SolidWorks skills.

Looks like you created a bend on the top. Create the same way.
 
Solidworks doesn't play nice when trying to change/mix modeling styles. If your corner isn't already a sheet metal bend, then you either started with surfaces or conventional modeling. Either way, trying to make adjustments into sheet metal is likely a lost cause. Start your part over as a sheet metal part. Once you start to learn what inputs are needed for the different functions, sheet metal parts are pretty easy.
