I am measuring two signals one wheel force via wheel force transducer and second is knuckle acceleration via accelerometer now I want to subtract the inertial force(acc*mass) from wft to see the effect of Road as my body is fixed
so my query is
1.is my apporach is correct?
2 To check weather time lag & weather the signal are in phase or out of phase I am doing cross corelation between both signals.

[Ps if anyone worked on Road load data acquisition can we please connect]

No that won't work as your knuckle accleration is part of this equation assuming stationary sprung body WFT_Fz=(unsprung mass inboard of the wft)*a+c*v+k*x where none of those are simple.

hello Greg,
can you please elabelaborate your explanation
