Hi all

I have never come across underpinning of isolated pad footing on boundary.

Do you have any resources that you could share in particular on techniques used ?

I have a case with pad eccentric pad footing on the boundary .

You're going to need to supply more detail here like size, load, ground condition etc

what is your plan?

Try to get your hands on a copy of Underpinning by Prentis and White. The Foundation Engineering Handbook by Winterkorn and Fang also has a good chapter on underpinning written by White.

Shore up the point load if you can to get the shored load away from the underpinning. Doing just that in a few weeks.
