I am searching for a database of flue gas scrubber design parameters. Such as, common reagents to use for certain VOC compounds, L/G minimums, and Absorption Factors. I do not have access to programs that can model this data for me. If anyone knows of such a database and is willing to share it, I would greatly appreciate it.

Speak to the folks at Norton or Koch in the USA who manufacture all sorts of packing for absorber / stripper columns. I dont seem to see Norton USA on Google - its all contaminated with links to China companies.

another reference
Rashig in Germany.
They have a nice software with good data base, Winsorp.
