Can anyone suggest me methods to pass the saddle in unity check, Which parameters effects this ratio in saddle design. Thanks for your response in advance.

Based on the zero information you've given, my answer is "make it stronger".

Applicable code, vessel size, saddle dimensions, which check is failing, etc, etc, etc ??? Sketches or drawings are always best.

Go to 4th Edition Pressure Vessel Design Manual by Dennis Moss, Procedure 4-11, Design of saddle supports for large vessel, you will see unit check rib plates. 3rd edition has similar. When people do not read books, they can't guide you. Many things in pressure vessel are not covered by codes or standards.

Unity check can be passed by increasing the number of ribs. If this also does not provide the necessary strength. Then start increasing the width of the saddle and thickness of ribs and web plate
