does anyone have experience (good or bad) with chemical grouting in regards to retaining soil behind a concrete wall?
Does the grout take the place of a retaining wall....?
Does the wall become just a "separation" between the grout and your interior space?

Thanks in Advance.

Yes. Have done chemical grouting behind retaining walls. The grout does not take the place of the wall. The purpose of the grouting is to stabilize the soil and reduce the lateral pressure against the wall.
