    Improved adhesion on gold

    Hi, I'm looking to improve the adhesion of an epoxy on a gold layer. Plasma surface activation doesn't bring good enough results. Is there any other activation methods ? What is the max surface tension I can get with gold ? Would nickel be better ? Thanks for reading. John
