You can do that easy
you just define frame element but in section property select NONE property.
and assign load to this frame with NONE property and it will works.
As i know jou can display results of some load cases like envelope, but is not possible to use them in analysis and design of members.
But during design of members, Robot use envelopes of combinations in automatic way.

Sap can import solid models coresponding to polygonal mesh into Auto Cad,
Simply you can try. Create solid oject template into SAp 2000, and export as DXf file, and go to Auto cad and open it.
