MSE soil parameters for global stability analysis
When analyzing for global stability you just want to make sure that the wall is very rigid and stable. Just use very high values of the c and phi. You do not want any failure surface to cross the MSE wall anyway. Dimitris P. Zeccos- Zeccos

heave on piles?
I do not know any documented heave on the pile after a load is being removed. Heave on piles is likely to occur in expansive clays and the designer should account for that. However, for any case, if the piles are to be reused, retapping may be useful. If you observe that a pile needs retapping...- Zeccos
