I think that 3d analysis is not necessarry in this case.
Just define material as axisymetric. Do you use 3d sample? I made a tensile test but it was 2d model with two axis symetric. it was enough. There is a lesson in pdf file with this kind of case. - how to use a axisymetric analysis...
