As we all know ,Production will do cleaning work. Purge with inert gas into somekind of system. Does anyone knows ,is there somekind of standard or principle for this work? Because everyone has different way to implement purging work. How to difine that ?

I have read lamtec literature .And there is sequence charts ,but its hard to understand the meaning of chart .
