okey. So you are generating the PDF through a Workflow in Teamcenter right? Then it is a little bit more complicated. I suggest that you contact your Teamcenter Administrator or the person responsible for the workflows.

With NX viewer you can export in Parasolid (.xt) format. And I am quite sure that MasterCam can read Parasolid format.

At least in NX 8.5 when you right-click a views border and go to View dependent Edit you are able to change the translucency of shaded objects that also will be shown when exported to PDF.

Also make sure you have the model fully loaded. (Use lightweight representations off when loading part/assembly)

Right-click on the detail view and select Convert to Independent Detail. After that you will be able to Activate sketch and sketch in a detail view.

With NX Viewer you have the same measure capabilities as with a "Normal" NX CAD license. You can open up NX parts but also parasolids with NX Viewer.
