all the previous replies seem to have thought mainly through processing. What about the origin of the nylon 6,6 you use? Even though it is from the same manufacturer (I assume it is) it doesn't necessarily mean it is the exactly same plastic. Only the same lot number would guarantee...
Are there any useful guidelines how to decrease squeaking between plastics (same or different)? Are there plastics that are particularly bad in this matter? Easy ways to get roung this problem? I am interested in styrenics, arcylics, PC and polyamides.
