    STP, WWTP, PCP?

    Any idea why wastewater treatment facilities have different names? Does it have to do with the different treatment processes at the plant or is it just a name? Sewage Treatment Plant, Pollution Control Plant, Wastewater Treatment Plant, any others??

    I do mean the Holtan Infiltration Method. I was looking specifically for an explanation of the various parameters in the equation and where it is still used. A discussion of the method in a textbook or handbook. Thanks, I'll keep looking.
