Found it:
In Parameters section SHEET METAL PROPERTIES -> ENABLE Thickness parameter (tick it) and create Flat Pattern First
Then paste the following in parts list field:
=<Thickness> - <Sheet Metal Width> x <Sheet Metal Length>

<FLAT PATTERN EXTENTS WIDTH> & <FLAT PATTERN EXTENTS LENGTH>
into a field in IProperties so it will appear on the parts list in a drawing?
