3-Way Ball Valve
What is the proper procedure hydrotesting a 3-way ball valve. The valves have size range 1/4 IN to 6 IN and pressure upto 2500 psi. the end connections are Threaded NPT, Socket Weld, Butt Weld and Flanged ANSI. The test is per API 598. do we need special connections and fittings?- WAJDI

Valve Stem made of Cast Bronze
Can we use cast Bronze as a stem material or is the Forged type is the mostly preferred ? The valve is an angle Globe valve used as a fire hydrant. The service is Sea or Raw water at normal conditions. The valve Body is made of ASTM B150 C63200 Cast Bronze.- WAJDI
