    O-Ring Squeak

    I have an existing product which uses a Buna-N O-ring to seal two ZAMAK components that rotate relative to each other. The O-ring seems to have a squeak during rotation: I've used PTFE & silicone lubrication to eliminate the noise but was wondering if changing the O-ring material would help...
