The dat we received from the client is that the mix will be 14 000 lt of cashew nut oill + 500 lt of H2SO4 (diluted 50%). We don't know the exact percentage of water in the oil.
We were enquired on a new reactor to handle the following mix:
14.000 lt caju oil + 500 lt of H2SO4 (diluted 50%).
The oil goes first into the tank and then the acid is mixed.
The working temperature is 220ºC at 4 Bar.
Can anyone suggest a propper SS to use in the construction of the reactor...
