HS 98 regulation program
Came in biginning of shift fired it up and ran the HS98 program and it acted like nothing wrong. Good to go for now, I'm thinking it might be the HS 98 board. right now its working fine. If something comes up I'll post it. I hear those boards don't come cheep, over $7K.- ViperII

Yes I had the trace off on and I also had Amada send me a new HS98 program loaded it up and still the same thing. I went through and ohmed both of the z-sensor wires, the cone, and replaced the nozzle. I tried to cut a part without running the HS98 program, the machine will come off of home...- ViperII

HS 98 regulation program
I have a Gemini FO 3015 Laser When I go to run the HS98 Regulation program for the heigth control the head will come down to about 3 inches from the plate and then stop. It never makes it down to the plate to sense it. It doesn't throw any alarm it just stops and sits there. In the program it...- ViperII
