I have to supply certificates to 3.1C.
I thought this was replaced by 3.2 under BSEN 10204.
Do you know if 3.1C certification is still applicable under standard ISO 10474?
If i have level 3.1 certification and i have the valves and certificates reviwed and stamped by Velosi or Moody inspector, will that make them 3.2 certification?
Why do valves with the same pressure class get tested at slightly different pressures because the body material is different? (API 598)
F316 and A105N for example
Three questions:
1. If have worked our the "Volume percent Ferrite" of material ASTM A351 Gr CF8M according to ASTM A800 at 16%. Is there a method of transfering this percentage into a Ferrite number according to ASTM A800? FN?
2. What is the minimum Ferrite percent / FN number possible...
