Lightly reinforced concrete walls (ICF and other)
Hello all, first post. Great forum! Just working out for a bit of a retrofit/ design change in an ICF. I'm proposing installing a steel beam to bear on the concrete core - it's minimally reinforced but can treat it as an unreinforced stocky column & the axial load at 0.36fck is OK.
