Although it could be, we doubt that is the problem. Another approach is to use a Zince based primer (ZCR) for instance. But we do not know how well it will adhere to the electrofin coating...
We have used the electrofin coated evaporator coils w/o any problems to date until now.
One of our units is in a high humidity environment and the coil is approx. 15-30deg off vertical. It has an Electrofin (polymer) coating. Water is dripping off the coil and creating puddles. The unit is...
Hi
I am looking for guidance into designing a state space (phase state) model for economic data with price and time series.
Are there Matlab tutorials available specific to state space creation in economic models?
I second that, use an absorbent such as silica.
A second opinion would be to dehumidify the terminal. Do this by dropping the temperature slowly, then perform your temp shock testt, assuming you can A. seal your unit and create a closed loop dehumidifcation cycle.

Ditto, perhaps you have not yet found the correct adhesive for your materials and possibly you need to prep the surfaces, chemically and mechanically clean them.
I would look for thermal cure adhesives if heat is not an issue, you will find best results with those.

Also try to break every section of the electronic board into a 2D heat dissipating model and start from there. You will have to make assumptions as you go down the board wrt to air speed and direction but calculating it this way is a good starting point w/o CFD.
Funny thing, I did my thesis on...
Sound data for these types of packaged units is relative to how it was taken, in a closet, in small or big room, indoor/outdoor. I have seen data anywhere from 55-60 dB for SkyMark's SkyPak to 70dB for Lennox's MagicPak.
MagicPak, SkyPak and other brand names are usually enclosed in a closet to...
