    That wasn't the thread I had found but it should work. I apologize but how to I access the .dat file? I have teamcenter and I want my excel sheet to be able to be run by anyone on their own computer, to run the macro does every user have to update their .dat file? Thanks!

    I'm sorry I'm still new to NX and the whole system. What exactly is NX Open? From what I can tell it's a way to program inside NX to do things. How do I access that? Also, I don't know code very well. Any chance I could do this without NX Open and writing C++? Thanks again!
