I am trying to model a road sign, you know, a cone you can find on (almost) any road, you'd better notice it :-). My part is made of fibre-reinforced rubber sheet, 42" high, 13" dia. at the top, 16" dia. at the base and has a 26" dia. ring at the base.
I want to know at what wind conditions...
