In this case the hinges are not on the same axis. I agree that you should fix, or further define at least, the hood piece first. It might be easier to only bring in one instance of the flap piece, give it coincident mates at its edge faces to hinge pocket, and a coincident axis mate to the hole...

Dixib, If you add a camera that is targeted at your desired axis feature then key a rotation of the camera I think you'll have it.

Not defined because it's in a 3d sketch. If it were based on a plane it would have been fully defined at that point (coincident center and radius).
